Maztrich Bauer arrives to her office after having her only meal of the day in 17 minutes. She managed to beat the 13:35 rush in the standardized feeding line and then found a nondescript location to avoid innecesary chatter from friendly albeit annoying coworkers. No one else in the cafeteria noticed her and she succeeded in downloading to her biological system a bowl of lentils, half a chicken breast and one helping of suspicious-looking green material.

The following takes place between 1:41 P.M. and 2:24 P.M.

(A threatening note is found on the headquarters of Maztrich from becario1 one of her two lowly unpaid academic assistants. It reads in cryptical handwriting: "Miss Bawer[sic], te estuve esperando dede la 1:30 y me fui. Bai.").

Fortunately, Maztrich Bauer is a native speaker of Spanish who has been trained extensively to decipher messages like this. She becomes aware that becario1's defection hinders her chances of arriving to teach her 2:25 class on time with the materials ready. She had planned on doing an electronic transaction to pay her cellphone, answer two personal emails, reapply her lipgloss and prepare for her evening mission while becario1 photocopied the 300 pages for the class.

Maztrich now has to make an executive decision: Can she risk teaching her afternoon class without reapplying liplgoss? Her hard earned credibility among the gang of dangerously superficial mexican teenagers might be compromised without the proper makeup. She might lose her ability to keep them intersted and receptive to the valuable information she has to transmit to their inadvertant young minds in order to prevent ignorance and arrogance from taking over the future leaders of this industrial city.
